We are looking for a hands-on

Event Project Manager

to join our team. This role requires a strong operational mindset, budgeting skills, and on-site execution capabilities. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing projects from planning to execution and being physically present at events.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage point-of-sale (POS) event budgets. Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and logistics. Oversee event production timelines and deliverables. Ensure proper execution of brand activations and retail presence. Monitor costs and control budget deviations. Provide on-site supervision during events. Travel as needed to ensure quality control and execution excellence.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in event production, BTL, or retail activations. Strong budgeting and cost-control skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Willingness to travel and work on-site during events. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:
