Senior Java Developer

Job Description:

Mandatory Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in real-time Java development, with a strong track record of delivering robust, high-performance solutions. • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication within an international team. (Minimum B2) • Solid experience with GitHub, JaCoCo Java Code Coverage

Highly Desirable Experience: • Proven expertise in implementing solutions within the Caplin product. • Solid experience with FIX protocol, including the design and implementation of FIX-based integrations.

Desirable Skills: • Practical experience with Node.js, particularly in the context of financial or trading systems.

Additional Qualities: • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, mission-critical environments. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. • Experience in the financial services sector, especially in FX or trading platforms, is a plus.
