Job OverviewWe are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the LATAM region from scratch. This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure.Main responsibilities- Partnership Development: Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network. - Business Growth & KPI Achievement: Drive regional performance by improving key commercial metrics related to customer acquisition, engagement, and overall revenue contribution. Deliver measurable business impact through disciplined execution and performance tracking. - Full BD Process Ownership: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline. - Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication. - Market Research & Competitive Insights: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the LATAM region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities. - Localized Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives. Ensure smooth and effective execution across Portuguese-speaking markets.re all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies.Job requirements (must be met)- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients. - Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain long-term relationships and manage high-frequency partner interactions. - Good command of English and Portuguese for business communication (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus). - High resilience and emotional stability under pressure and rejection. - Existing partner, affiliate, community, or KOL resources that can contribute value in the short term. - Experience in digital platforms, online services, fintech, or other performance-driven industries, or strong personal familiarity with similar ecosystems. - Strong hunter mindset: bonus-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by performance-based outcomes.We provide- Uncapped Income Potential: An attractive compensation package that includes a generous base salary and more importantly an uncapped commission structure that directly rewards your performance. - Autonomy and Influence: Freedom to form your own team and develop strategies for the entire region.
