We are looking for

LAB Quality System Engineer .

In this role you will: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and contribute to overall project success. The role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a strong foundation in the life sciences and manufacturing engineering domain, with a focus on MES systems. Perform independently and progressively grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MES applications. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions, planning, and technical evaluations. Propose and deliver practical solutions to business and technical problems. Design, develop, and implement software solutions aligned with business requirements and compliance needs. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders to deliver robust application solutions. Conduct and participate in peer code reviews; provide constructive feedback to uphold development standards. Remain current on application development trends, MES technologies, and industry best practices. Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues in the MES environment.

We have some requirements: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES, with a strong background in Syncade MES. Deep understanding of the Life Sciences domain, specifically in regulated manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and validated system environments. Experience working within Agile frameworks and sprint-based development processes. Solid knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Hands-on experience in application architecture, design patterns, and development practices. Fluent English
