Global Applications Supervisor

Maxion is seeking an IT Applications Supervisor to lead a team of analysts and support strategic corporate solutions projects. Responsibilities •Lead application analysts and conduct complex analyses alongside business areas. •Translate business needs into system requirements and define solution scope. •Work in partnership with Infrastructure, Operations, vendors, and global IT teams. •Ensure governance, quality, testing execution, and system improvements. •Engage users, support change management, and optimize processes. •Drive initiatives involving ERP, PLM, and other corporate applications.

Requirements •Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. •5+ years of experience as a systems/functional analyst. •Experience with ERP, PLM, process definition, and integrated solutions. •Experience in project management, governance, testing, and change management. •Preferred: SAP S/4Hana, ITIL, Agile, SharePoint, Visio, Project. •English is essential; Spanish is a plus. •Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
