About the Job
The person in this role, will be in charge of identifying the best talent around Latin America, US and Canada to work for our US-based clients. Also, will make sure our process reaches the best standards in terms of quality and agility.
How you'll contribute
Attract talent by sourcing in social media platforms, placing job advertisements and using newsgroups and job sites
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Manage their own candidates progress on our ATS
Provide support to applicants along the whole recruiting process
Make sure we staff our openings with the best talent in 2-4 weeks
This would make you the ideal candidate
Bs. Degree in Human resources, Psychology or related fields
Advanced English Level
+3 years of experience recruiting IT profiles
Excellent communicational skills
Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with candidates
Result oriented and motivated by fast-paced working environments
Bonus Points
Experience recruiting candidates in Latin America, US and Canada
Experience working remotely
