Role Responsibilities and Activities:

- Latin America Scope to support Inland and Ocean Procurement services related to port terminals, pilotage, towage, container off-dock depot, container transportation by truck, rail feeder or, barge, container maintenance and repair and its assets, inland chassis and any other service needed to attend our operations. - Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for applications entry in system to tariffs, vendors, sites, sanction check form, compliance etc. - Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output, ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received. - Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents - Register data into database applications and ensure correct Cost codes allocation. - Responding to information requests from authorized members - One-day job every two weeks at the SSZ office jointly with " CPM" team

Required Skills:

- English: Mandatory - Spanish: Basic level is appreciated. - Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet analysis, using Excel and Google forms
