As a Personnel Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of travel, visas, and when applicable, training and medical requirements for personnel across various domains, including Fleet, Project/Commissioning, or Installation. You will act as the primary point of contact for all mobilization, demobilization, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination with managers, agencies, or suppliers. Responsibilities

You coordinate travel, visa, and when applicable, training, and medical requirements, for personnel, including staff, contractors, subcontractors, or vendors. You serve as the central point of contact for all mobilization and demobilization processes, ensuring timely and efficient arrangements. You liaise with relevant managers, such as crewing, commissioning, and installation managers, to align personnel logistics with operational needs. You collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for personnel movements. You maintain accurate records of personnel movements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies. You respond promptly to any logistical challenges or issues, providing solutions to minimize disruption to operations. You monitor and report on the effectiveness of logistics processes, suggesting improvements where necessary. You ensure that all personnel are briefed on their travel and mobilization plans and that they have all necessary documentation and equipment. Education

Diploma in Business Administration Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Secretary and/or in a travel organization or as Administrative Assistant. Functional Competencies
