Role Summary The AI Engineer – Integrations & Automation will design, build, and maintain AI‑driven automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of AI platforms, internal systems, and business workflows. This is a

position. Key Responsibilities Automation of complex workflows:

Design, build, and maintain automated processes leveraging tools such as

Zapier, Glean

, or

custom Python-based automation frameworks

. Systems integration:

Develop, implement, and document internal

APIs

to connect AI services with existing enterprise applications (e.g.,

Google Workspace, Salesforce, internal SaaS platforms

). Agentic infrastructure:

Integrate platforms such as

Glean, OpenAI, and Perplexity

into operational pipelines to enable

multi‑agent orchestration

and intelligent decisioning. Cross-functional delivery:

Partner with

Finance, HR, Editorial, Events

, and other teams to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions. Scalable solutions:

Propose and implement integration architectures that reduce manual workflows, increase efficiency, and ensure long‑term reliability. Documentation & knowledge transfer:

Maintain detailed technical documentation of workflows, decision logic, and system connections for internal knowledge sharing. Future-proofing:

Evaluate emerging

AI and LLM tooling

to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of enterprise operations. Basic Qualifications Strong experience with

Python

and at least one automation / integration platform (e.g., Zapier, n8n, custom orchestration frameworks). Proven background building

APIs, integrations, or backend services

that connect multiple SaaS systems. Hands-on exposure to

LLM / AI platforms

(OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, etc.). Solid understanding of

REST APIs, webhooks, authentication

, and event-driven architectures. Ability to work directly with non‑technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver usable solutions. Nice to Have Experience with Glean

(search, knowledge, and/or agentic workflows). Familiarity with

Google Workspace

and

Google Cloud

tools (e.g.,

BigQuery

, Vertex AI, or similar). Experience with

Claude

or other state-of-the-art LLMs. Experience in

enterprise environments

(identity, security, compliance). Prior work with

multi‑agent systems

, RAG pipelines, or observability for AI workflows
