About DigiFist

DigiFist builds growth-focused products in the Shopify ecosystem. We're preparing the launch of a new Shopify App in the conversational commerce / messaging category. Our go-to-market is partner-first: we scale through agencies who serve Shopify merchants.

The role

We're hiring a Partnerships Manager (LATAM) to build our agency partner channel from zero to scale, starting with Brazil and expanding into Spanish LATAM.

Your mission: recruit, activate, and grow a network of agencies that consistently bring paying Shopify merchants.

What you'll do

- Build a repeatable partner pipeline (prospecting, outreach, communities, events, referrals). - Run short, outcome-led demos (10–15 min) focused on merchant results. - Close partner agreements and drive clear next steps. - Onboard and enable partners with a simple kit (pitch, objection handling, onboarding checklist, implementation flow). - Launch co-marketing with partners (webinars, joint content, partner pages, case studies). - Track performance and run a monthly rhythm (pipeline reviews + activation reviews). - Send structured feedback to founder/product: objections, friction points, market insights.

Who we're looking for (must-haves)

- 3+ years in partnerships / channel sales / agency sales (B2B). - Strong network in Brazil's agency ecosystem (and ability to open doors). - Can own the full cycle: prospecting → closing → partner success. - Strong e-commerce mindset; Shopify familiarity is a big plus. - Portuguese (Brazil) required, English required. - Spanish is a strong advantage (to expand into Spanish LATAM).

Nice-to-haves

- Built or scaled partner/affiliate/reseller programs. - Experience selling marketing / CRM / messaging tools to agencies. - SaaS GTM experience in LATAM.

What success looks like in the first 90 days

- Clear partner ICP + repeatable outbound engine + tracking system. - First signed partners + standardized onboarding kit (v1). - First co-marketing activity live (webinar or joint content). - LATAM objection-handling doc + positioning insights. - A pipeline at 3–4x target coverage.
