Job Description:
This role involves close coordination with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth interview scheduling, communication, and onboarding processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong command in English is a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to support hiring activities
Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience
Assist with candidate onboarding activities, documentation, and system updates
Maintain accurate records and track hiring progress
Provide general administrative and operational support related to recruitment and client needs
Take on additional coordination and support tasks as required
Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience working with US based client
Prefer to have experience with VMS tools like Magnit (Or Wand), Beeline, Fieldglass etc.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Comfortable working with scheduling tools, email, and recruitment systems
Flexible mindset with willingness to support tasks beyond defined responsibilities
