User Acceptance Testing Analyst

UAT Test Lead 100% Remote (LATAM only – Brazil-based candidates required) Overview: Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for large-scale initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders and IT to ensure solutions meet business requirements and testing standards. Key Responsibilities: • Own UAT planning, coordination, execution, and reporting • Develop and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria • Manage defects, triage, retesting, and resolution • Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating requirements clearly • Ensure compliance with testing governance and documentation standards Required Experience: • Proven UAT Test Lead experience on complex programs • Strong UAT methodology and test management tool knowledge (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred: • SAP exposure, especially Supply Chain–related modules • Supply Chain domain knowledge • Consumer goods or manufacturing industry experience
