Country Manager

About the Position:

Claire Joster, a specialized recruitment consultancy, is supporting the search for a Country Manager Brazil. This professional will be responsible for structuring, leading, and scaling the local operation, acting as the main interface between the Brazilian market and the European headquarters.

Main Responsibilities: Strategy and Expansion:

Develop and execute the business plan for Brazil, aligned with the group's global vision. Business Development:

Prospect and negotiate large-scale contracts in the data center, high-tech industry, and modular construction sectors, leveraging a solid network of contacts with project owners, investors, and major construction companies. Project Management:

Oversee the execution of engineering and digital construction projects, ensuring technical excellence, deadline compliance, and budget control. Team Leadership:

Structure the office in Brazil, recruiting and developing a high-performance team (engineering, commercial, administrative). Institutional Representation:

Act as a brand ambassador in the country, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and reporting results directly to leadership in Europe.

Mandatory Requirements: Higher education in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Production), Architecture, or Business Administration. An MBA is a plus. Solid experience in leadership positions with P&L management in engineering, construction, or construction technology companies. Proven experience in the data center sector

(projects, construction, or management) is mandatory. Knowledge of the Brazilian high-tech construction market and a strong network of contacts with potential clients (hyperscalers, colocation providers, major developers). Familiarity with BIM methodologies and concepts of digital construction / Industry 4.0. Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts (EPC or engineering services). Fluent English (negotiation level) is mandatory Availability to reside in São Paulo and travel.

Differentials: International experience or experience in European companies. Knowledge of Spanish
