About the Role We are looking for

Project Control Analyst , who wants to learn and transform his career.

Responsibilities Maintain and update project schedules, aligning baseline, timelines, and deliverables. Perform budget tracking, financial forecasting, and cost/variance analysis. Prepare consolidated reports on performance, cost, risk, and overall project status. Support Project Managers to ensure project processes run efficiently. Reconcile invoices and ensure the integrity of project financial data. Monitor compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards. Develop and analyze information for leadership presentations, including trends, metrics, and key indicators. Track documentation, changes, risks, and issues, ensuring all items remain updated and approved. Use data to proactively flag risks and support corrective action plans. Provide general support to PMO functions, including data collection, analysis, and consolidation.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Controls. Experience with MS Project (preferred) and schedule management. Strong analytical skills for working with data, costs, budgets, and variances. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams. Background in change management and process monitoring.
