In this role you will: (responsibilities) Job Description More than 5 years of experience in IT More than 3 years of experience with C# / .NET development Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core Experience with cloud development (preferably Azure) Strong experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server): – triggers, stored procedures, and application performance tuning in the database Strong experience with in-memory databases: – using Redis for caching Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑performance backend APIs and microservices (IaaS, PaaS, Functions, Kubernetes, etc.)

Experience with microservices architecture Experience with RESTful APIs Experience with messaging systems Experience with distributed architectures Experience with observability tools (e.G., Grafana, DataDog) Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / SAFe) Experience with Microsoft DevOps and version control (Git) Experience in virtualized environments (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with application testing Familiarity with security and code quality tools (e.G., Veracode, SonarQube) Experience with DevOps processes (including pipeline configuration) Experience with observability tools (e.G., Grafana, DataDog) Experience using AI tools for development (e.G., Copilot) Ensure best practices in security, code quality, and monitoring Collaborate with product, frontend, and mobile teams (delivering end‑to‑end solutions) Participate in the full development lifecycle: – conception, design, implementation, automated testing, and deployment Dynamic and proactive in seeking information Good communication, teamwork, engagement, and resilience Knowledge of the insurance market is a plus Intermediate or advanced English (preferred) Good to Have: Knowledge of the insurance market Good communication, teamwork, engagement, and resilience What do we offer?
