HSE Manager

Job description：

1、Implement brazil construction safety laws, regulations, standards and group company documents, supervise the implementation of relevant laws, regulations, standards or documents on the project site, and ensure that the HSE work on the brazil project site meets local regulations. 2、Establishing and improving project safety supervision system, formulating and improving project site safety rules and regulations, safety precautions, safety risk control emergency plan and other safety technical operation documents. 3、Responsible for the supervision and inspection of the safe construction process and the operation of the occupational health and safety management system. 4、Organizing regular or irregular special inspection of safety and civilization construction, putting forward rectification opinions, and tracking and checking the implementation effect of rectification and preventive measures. 5、Organizing and filing security documents and materials, and updating system documents as required by brazil law, including Health and Safety Management Plan (HSMP)、Environment Management Plan (EMP)、Emergency Response Plan. Qualification： 1、Bachelor degree or above, no major requirement，Familiar with brazil HSE requirements. 2、More than 3 years experience in wind power industry/new energy power industry; Master safety management, electrical and other professional knowledge. 3、With complex situation control ability, excellent communication and coordination ability, with a strong sense of responsibility and responsibility. 4、Fluent in Portuguese and English.
