Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Customer Relationship Specialist with a focus on Digital Marketing. The role involves fostering strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing superior support. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers to understand their needs, analyzing feedback to improve services, and collaborating on initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including analyzing customer feedback and service performance Experience in Customer Service and maintaining positive client relationships Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work environment Experience in Digital Marketing agencies is a plus Knowledge of SEM, SEO, GEO, Social Media marketing is a requirement Hands-on experience with AI tools is a requirement Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
