Corporate Partner (US BAR Required)

NAGY is supporting a client in a search for a Corporate Partner to join and help strengthen a growing cross-border practice. We are looking for a lawyer with strong US Corporate experience and a business-oriented mindset, capable of contributing both technically and commercially in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategic & Business Leadership Execute the Corporate practice growth strategy Actively originate and expand client relationships Business development initiatives Position the firm in complex cross-border matters

2) Technical Excellence Lead sophisticated Corporate/M&A and cross-border transactions Advise clients on US corporate law matters Structure international operations (especially US-Brazil flows) Ensure high technical quality and client satisfaction

3) Practice Building Help structure and mentor the team Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning Collaborate with tax team

Required Qualifications

Active US BAR license (mandatory) Fluency in English (mandatory) Strong background in US Corporate / M&A / cross-border work Demonstrated business development capability Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset
