As we expand our strategic gaming division, we are seeking a highly skilled High-Stakes Poker Specialist to apply advanced decision-making, bankroll management, and risk-adjusted performance strategies in competitive high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

Compete in high-stakes online poker environments using advanced game theory optimal (GTO) and exploitative strategies. Manage allocated bankroll with strict risk management and capital preservation principles. Analyze hand histories, opponent tendencies, and statistical performance data to optimize win rate. Continuously refine strategy based on solver outputs, probability modeling, and EV optimization. Maintain detailed performance reporting, including ROI, variance metrics, and drawdown control. Collaborate with internal analysts to enhance strategic frameworks and long-term profitability.

Requirements

Proven experience competing successfully in high-stakes online poker games. Strong understanding of game theory, probability, variance, and bankroll management principles. Demonstrated consistent profitability over a statistically meaningful sample size. Experience using poker solvers and tracking software. High emotional discipline and ability to perform under pressure. Strong analytical mindset with structured decision-making skills. Fluent English communication skills. Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment.
