We’re hiring an
Executive Assistant & Operations Manager
to work directly with our CEO and help build the internal systems that keep the company running.
This is a high-ownership role combining
executive support, people operations, and company operations
.
What you’ll do:
• Manage CEO inbox and communications
• Draft and respond to executive-level emails and messages
• Coordinate scheduling and priorities
• Run onboarding/offboarding for employees and contractors
• Build internal documentation and processes
• Support HR, vendors, and company operations
• Improve workflows and operational systems
Requirements:
✅
Fluent / near-native English (required)
✅ Excellent written communication skills
✅ Extremely organized and detail-oriented
✅ Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
✅ Strong ownership and follow-through
You will be working directly in the CEO’s inbox and representing leadership communication — professionalism and clarity are critical.
