Senior Supply Chain Analyst

will be responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier performance, contracts, and materials flow to support operational demands. The role requires close interaction with operations, engineering, logistics, finance, and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

The successful candidate will be based in the Rio de Janeiro area.

Duties

Manage procurement processes from requisition to delivery, including RFQs, negotiations, purchase orders, and follow-up Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers Analyze costs, lead times, and supply risks to support sourcing decisions Support contract management, including commercial terms, service levels, and compliance Coordinate logistics, importation, and exportation processes when applicable Monitor supplier performance and propose continuous improvement actions Support inventory control, critical materials analysis, and stock optimization Prepare reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support management decision-making Ensure compliance with internal procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable regulations

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Advanced English skills (written and spoken) Strong experience in procurement and supply chain operations, preferably in industrial, offshore, oil & gas, or logistics environments Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience with ERP systems is a plus (e.G., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, Oracle)
