The Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to own the visual output across Vendry and Case Studied. This is a hands-on production role—you’ll be responsible for designing the ads that drive our newsletter growth, producing and editing video content, sourcing and managing UGC creators, and designing landing pages and creative assets across the organization.

You’ll work directly with the founder and be the single creative resource for a fast-growing company. That means high ownership, fast feedback loops, and real impact—the ads you design directly drive the pipeline that powers our business.

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with Meta ad creative for newsletter growth and expand from there.

Responsibilities:

Ad Creative Production Design 6–8+ static and video ad concepts per month for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns promoting Case Studied and Vendry. Create ads across proven formats: text-over-video, fake social proof (tweets, DMs, Slack messages), aspirational copy overlays, carousels, and AI-assisted imagery. Iterate on top-performing creatives with fresh hooks, visuals, and B-roll to combat ad fatigue and maintain performance. Stay current on organic social trends (especially TikTok and Instagram) and translate them into paid ad concepts that feel native. Video & UGC Source, brief, and manage UGC creators—writing scripts, coordinating production, and editing final deliverables. Edit short-form video content for ads, including cuts, text overlays, captions, and sound design. Maintain a roster of vetted creators and continuously identify new talent to keep content fresh. Landing Pages & Web Design Design and build landing pages for ad campaigns, lead magnets, and conversion funnels (experience with Webflow, Beehiiv, or similar tools preferred). A/B test landing page layouts, headlines, and CTAs to improve conversion rates. Brand & Organizational Creative Produce creative assets across the company as needed: sales decks, social content, email templates, event materials, and internal documents. Maintain and evolve the visual identity for both Case Studied and Vendry, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. Nice to Have: Brand Expansion Contribute to the evolution of the Vendry brand—identifying opportunities to elevate our visual presence, refine our design system, and strengthen brand recognition as we scale.

Qualifications:

Required 3–5 years of experience in creative/graphic design with a strong portfolio of ad creative work. Demonstrated experience designing ads for newsletters, B2B, and/or SaaS companies is a must.

We need someone who understands performance creative in these contexts, not just general graphic design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects), and/or Canva Pro. Strong video editing skills—comfortable cutting short-form content, adding text overlays, and producing polished ad-ready video. Experience with UGC—sourcing creators, writing briefs/scripts, and managing production workflows. Understanding of Meta Ads creative best practices: aspect ratios, safe zones, hook strategies, ad fatigue cycles, and format requirements. Fluent in English

(written and verbal). You’ll collaborate daily with a North American team and need to write ad copy, briefs, and creative rationale clearly. Highly organized and self-directed—able to manage your own production calendar, hit deadlines consistently, and work asynchronously across time zones.

Preferred

Experience working with landing page builders (Webflow, Beehiiv, Unbounce, or similar). Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, CVR, CPM) and how creative decisions impact them. Experience at a startup, agency, or in a role where you were the sole/primary designer supporting a growing team. Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
