Adapt and implement global and regional marketing strategies locally, ensuring strong execution and brand consistency Lead and oversee digital, social media, and e-commerce communication, strengthening brand positioning and consumer engagement Manage marketing campaigns, product strategy, pricing, and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives Support innovation and category development in close collaboration with global and regional teams Analyze competitors and market trends to generate insights and support strategic decision-making Execute channel strategies and develop tools to support commercial and sales excellence Collaborate with external agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing and promotional initiatives effectively

O que faz de ti uma boa opção

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Strong English communication skills, comfortable working in an international environment Marketing experience, preferably within the beauty or premium consumer goods industry Solid Trade Marketing experience, including channel development, growth, and maintenance Experience launching new products and driving brand and market share growth Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and execution skills Proactive, high-energy, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media Algumas vantagens de ingressar na Henkel
