Senior Frontend Engineer (React + UX/UI + AI-Accelerated Development)

We are a Silicon Valley–based product company building a next‑generation B2B single-page application used daily by enterprise customers. We’re looking for a

Senior Frontend Engineer

who is both a

hands-on React expert

and a

strong UX/UI thinker,

someone who can own the user experience end‑to‑end, from concept to polished production implementation. This is a role for a

self-directed, highly motivated engineer

who can hit the ground running, collaborate closely with product/design, and loves leveraging the

latest AI tools

to accelerate design, coding, testing, and iteration.

What You Will Do Architect, build, and deliver modern, high-performance React applications for a complex B2B SaaS product. Translate product concepts and user workflows into frictionless UX flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI components. Collaborate with Product, and Backend teams to shape features from idea to release. Implement real-time features using

SignalR

and other websocket technologies. Work with

AI agents and tools

daily for coding, refactoring, UI generation, documentation, and test creation. Write automated tests with

Playwright

and other testing frameworks. Drive UI performance, accessibility, and maintainability best practices. Think holistically: not just “take tasks,” but help shape the product, the experience, and the architecture.

Must-Have Qualifications Full US Pacific Time availability

(not partial overlap). Fluent verbal and written English; comfortable with daily

video-based collaboration

. 5+ years of hands-on

React

experience (hooks, context, state management, component architecture). Strong UX/UI sensibility—capable of producing or improving wireframes, interaction flows, and visual details. Experience working directly from

Figma

or similar UI tools. Experience with

real-time applications

(SignalR preferred but not required). Comfort with

Node.js

for lightweight tooling or UI-supporting backends. Familiarity with

Electron

,

WebSockets

, and

HTML5

. Regular, disciplined use of

AI tools

for development. Strong communication, accountability, and a bias toward problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves Experience with B2B SaaS products and complex user workflows. Understanding of frontend architecture patterns at scale. Background in design systems or component libraries. Experience in performance tuning for real-time or heavy-data UIs.
