About the Role You will be responsible for managing and expanding external relationships on behalf of the company, including investors, podcast hosts, event organizers, affiliates, and sponsors. Your role is to act as a strategic bridge between the company and key external partners, ensuring every relationship is properly nurtured, tracked, and moved forward. The goal is to increase brand visibility, strengthen investor relationships, and grow a network of high-value partnerships. Organization, clear communication, and consistent follow-through are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management • Manage ongoing communication with investors, partners, affiliates, and sponsors • Build and nurture long-term relationships with external stakeholders • Support investor updates, communications, and meeting coordination

Outreach & Partnerships • Identify and research relevant podcasts, events, and potential partnership opportunities • Coordinate podcast appearances and speaking engagements • Handle outreach, booking coordination, and follow-ups across all channels

Pipeline & Systems • Maintain accurate CRM records and organized relationship tracking systems • Track partnership deliverables and ensure all commitments are fulfilled on time • Use AI tools and automation platforms to manage outreach pipelines and follow-ups • Implement AI-assisted workflows for meeting summaries, CRM updates, and reporting

Requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Experience managing relationships, partnerships, or client-facing roles • Strong research and outreach capabilities • Confident interacting with professionals, investors, and partners • Ability to manage multiple projects and communication channels simultaneously • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) and automation platforms • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent follow-through
