months of experience in recruitment Support sourcing and pre-qualification of candidates for U.S. clients Conduct initial screenings via calls, emails, and messages Maintain updated databases (ATS and job boards) Draft and update job descriptions and candidate profiles Source talent through job boards and resume databases Manage calendars and candidate–recruiter communication flow Assist with administrative recruitment tasks What We’re Looking For Advanced English (C1)
