Role Summary (Objective)
As our
Media Buyer , you will own paid social ad accounts—primarily
Meta —and drive scalable, profitable growth. Success looks like: consistently hitting efficiency targets, scaling spend responsibly, building world-class account hygiene, and report data-driven high-potential creative/testing ideas to our creative team.
You will be the person leadership trusts to answer:
“What’s happening in the account, why is it happening, and what are we doing next?”
What you’ll own (Responsibilities):
Own Meta performance end-to-end
(structure, budgets, testing, scaling, optimization, stability)
Scale winners responsibly
while protecting efficiency
Translate data into clear creative direction : hooks, angles, proof, objections, fatigue signals, next iterations
Lead weekly reporting : insights, performance narrative, decisions made, and next-week test plan
Improve tracking discipline
(UTMs, attribution tooling, clean naming conventions, change logs)
Identify bottlenecks
across the funnel (CVR/AOV/refund rate/creative fatigue) and propose fixes with the team
Requirements
Must-have:
2+ years
hands-on media buying experience on
Meta
(not just “managed agencies”)
Proven track record scaling
DTC e-commerce
accounts profitably
Strong understanding of performance metrics beyond ROAS (CAC, MER, contribution margin, payback, LTV signals)
Excellent analytical skills (diagnose issues fast, explain causes, propose action plans)
High ownership + strong communication in a remote setup
Strong process discipline: naming conventions, budgets, documentation, change control
Nice-to-have:
TikTok Ads / Snapchat Ads experience
Triple Whale (or similar) attribution tool experience
Experience collaborating deeply with creative teams and building creative systems
Experience advertising across multiple markets/countries
How we measure success (example KPIs):

Maintain/beat target
CAC and/or blended efficiency (MER)
at agreed spend levels
Consistent weekly execution: testing volume, learning velocity, and creative iteration output
Account hygiene: naming, budgets, UTM discipline, change logs maintained
Clear weekly leadership reporting: wins/losses + next actions
