Emarsys Data Entry Consultant (Email Automation | Template Management | QA)

Role: Emarsys Data Entry Consultant

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

We're looking for an experienced Emarsys Data Entry Consultant to support email automation campaigns with a strong focus on Emarsys platform expertise . You'll adjust templates, provide translations/localization , guide the Emarsys team on technical and regional requirements, and ensure accurate, high-quality automated campaigns .

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and adjust Emarsys templates for automated campaigns - Perform translations and localization for emails - Prepare and manage JSON for all Emarsys email templates - Conduct testing and QA to ensure campaign accuracy - Provide guidance on technical or regional requirements to the Emarsys team - Handle transactional content (Order #, Billing Address, totals, discounts, etc.) accurately

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with Emarsys email automation platform - Experience in email template management, automation, and campaign workflows - Familiarity with translations/localization and handling English & Korean content - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Experience in testing and QA of email campaigns - Flexible with hours based on campaign complexity
