Responsibility
Build a “Premium” customer portfolio, developing and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Create, lead, and develop teams responsible for sales, partner relationships, product positioning, demand generation, and customer service.
Execute short- and medium-term business plans, ensuring commercial and financial results.
Qualification and experience
Professional degree in Agronomy, Animal Science, Business Administration, or related areas, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and team management, working full-time.
Based remotely, with regular in-person meetings at the office in São Paulo / BRA or in designated regions of interest when required.
The candidate must be available to travel 75% of the working time.
