Strategy & Performance Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced analytical models to solve complex business problems, uncover insights from large datasets, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Analyze organizational structures, roles, and reporting lines Develop workforce sizing models based on activity drivers, volumes, and productivity assumptions

Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in strategy/management consulting (familiarity with business cases) Experience with Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) Experience with organizational restructuring Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
