We are hiring a

Regional Administration & Finance Manager – South America

to work for an Italian multinational company that is a market leader in its segment.

This strategic role will lead administrative, financial, accounting, treasury, and internal control activities across Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, and Chile, ensuring full compliance with Group standards, local regulations, and international reporting requirements. The position also serves as the primary liaison between Global Headquarters and the regional administrative structures. Key Responsibilities Financial Statement Closures Lead and supervise monthly financial closings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to Group Reporting, Local GAAP, Tax, and IFRS. Oversee accounting routines, reconciliations, and financial performance reporting. Evaluate exceptional expenses and propose necessary balance sheet adjustments. Validate monthly provisions in alignment with internal controls and functional stakeholders. Fixed Assets & Inventory Management Ensure proper classification, registration, and monitoring of fixed assets within SAP FI, AA, and PM modules. Supervise depreciation and amortization processes under TAX, Local GAAP, and IFRS. Maintain the Fixed Asset Movement Map and support inventory activities according to Group guidelines. Transactional Accounting (O2C & P2P) Manage end‑to‑end Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay cycles, ensuring compliance with Group policies and accuracy across administrative and accounting flows. Support Commercial, Trade Marketing, and Procurement teams on customer contracts, invoicing, vendor payments, and related routines. Credit & Treasury Management Lead the regional Credit Function, ensuring compliance with Group Credit Policy. Conduct creditworthiness assessments, monitor exposure, and drive collection activities. Oversee treasury operations, including cash management, short-term financing, investments, and regulatory compliance. Consolidate short‑ and long‑term financial planning across regional business units. Regional Governance & Leadership Act as the main interface between Global Headquarters and the administrative teams in South America. Supervise BPO activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service quality. Oversee internal controls, working capital, risk mitigation, financial consolidation, and compliance activities. Lead, develop, and empower the regional administration team, fostering diversity, high performance, and alignment with Group values. Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory). CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration – Brazil) — mandatory. Experience Strong experience in administrative, accounting, and financial reporting roles within multinational environments. Experience in a Big Four firm is a strong plus. Technical Skills Strong command of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Deep knowledge of accounting standards, financial cycles, internal controls, treasury operations, and credit management. Languages Fluent English — mandatory. Advanced Spanish
