Senior Service Designer (ITSM & Developer Experience)

, who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will Conduct

in-depth developer experience research

using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand daily challenges in software development. Translate

ITSM processes

into intuitive, modular, and developer-friendly services that seamlessly integrate into engineering workflows and platform architecture. Apply

design thinking

and co-creation practices in collaboration with developers, platform engineers, product managers, and ITSM teams. Work within

agile squads

, iterating on concepts and validating solutions through continuous feedback. Use

data, analytics, and insights

to inform decisions and measure the impact of service design improvements. Define and evolve the

Developer Experience strategy

for a modular platform, focusing on reducing complexity, context switching, and process overhead. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and cross-functional alignment to ensure service designs are technically feasible and strategically relevant. Bring a strong product mindset, advocating for solutions that balance developer needs, usability, and business priorities. Mandatory Skills 5–8 years

of experience in Service Design, UX Research, Developer Experience, or closely related roles. Strong understanding of

ITSM frameworks

(e.g., ITIL) and how they apply to modern software development environments. Proficiency in

service blueprinting, journey mapping, design thinking

, and end-to-end service design methodologies. Experience working in

agile environments

and with cross-functional teams. Excellent

communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management

skills. Strong analytical skills, able to use data, insights, and developer feedback to drive informed decisions. A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and advocate for developer‑centric solutions. Strong product mindset with focus on

value delivery

, usability, and measurable outcomes. Desirable Skills Experience in

platform engineering

, developer productivity, or DevEx-focused organizations. Knowledge of

cloud-native architectures

, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices. Experience designing services within
