Performance Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to drive high-quality leads by creating, managing, and measuring Digital Marketing campaigns across Google, YouTube, social, and other relevant channels.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, independent strategic thinker who brings deep expertise in running digital marketing programs and developing digital marketing assets (with our designer) within B2B SaaS organizations.

What You’ll Own: Develop programs and strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through multiple channels, including search, PMAX, social, retargeting, content (written and video), and more. Define KPIs and implement measurement, analytics, benchmarking, and reporting methods to gauge success for marketing channels, campaigns, and initiatives. Drive continual improvements in lead conversion rates and revenue close rates. Continue to scale our marketing efforts and take primary responsibility for exceeding our KPIs for each quarter. Work closely with the overall Marketing team to define required assets such as content, images, video, etc.

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience working on B2B demand generation for technology or software companies with a strong track record. Experience using Performance Max and/or other AI related technologies. Strong understanding and experience with multiple demand channels, including digital, paid social, field, and email marketing to drive pipeline. Are highly analytical and data-driven, with a proven track record of optimizing marketing funnels, owning and hitting pipeline goals, and increasing ROI. Have experience establishing data-driven decision-making frameworks leveraging HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to measure performance, optimize spend, and maximize efficiency. Knows how to use Google Ads, Performance Max, Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, and other associated tools. You have a self-starter mentality with creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and “Google it” when needed. You are a team player, a quick learner, and highly coachable with a positive can-do attitude. You can work autonomously, independently, collaboratively, and effectively as part of a remote team. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to succinctly communicate value propositions. You have full professional proficiency in the English language. You must be willing, able, and available to work in US time zones.
