Role Summary
You will be responsible for helping us grow our online presence and increase direct vacation rental bookings through website updates, landing page creation, lead capture strategy, email marketing, and social media content support. This role requires strong design instincts, attention to detail, marketing experience, and a solid understanding of WordPress, Elementor, and basic website coding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update our WordPress website using Elementor
Build and optimize landing pages designed to drive bookings and capture leads
Improve website layout, visuals, and user experience to support conversion goals
Help increase traffic to the website through organic and campaign-based marketing efforts
Develop compelling, conversion-focused copywriting that incorporates SEO best practices for all web and marketing assets
Edit and prepare social media content including short-form video, photos, graphics, and captions
Schedule and publish social media posts across relevant platforms
Monitor inbound leads and help organize follow-up and lead nurturing workflows
Create and manage nurture email campaigns for existing guests, past guests, and new leads
Support list building, audience segmentation, and email campaign improvements
Assist with marketing asset creation for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers
Maintain brand consistency across website pages, email marketing, and social media content
Collaborate with leadership on ideas to improve direct bookings, lead generation, and guest engagement
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, or lead generation
Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor
Strong design skills with an eye for clean, polished, high-converting content
Experience editing social media video and photo content
Experience with email marketing platforms and nurture campaigns
Comfortable creating landing pages and understanding basic conversion strategy
Decent to strong website coding basics, including familiarity with HTML/CSS and light troubleshooting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving pieces
Able to work independently, take initiative, and bring creative solutions to the table
Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
Non‑Negotiable Requirements
Reliable backup power (UPS or generator) to prevent downtime during outages
Dual monitors for efficient multitasking
Backup internet (secondary wired connection or mobile hotspot) with stable speeds
Quiet, dedicated workspace and dependable computer
Preferred
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar creative tools
Strong video editing proficiency for creating engaging short-form content
Deep understanding of social media marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices
Experience working with hospitality, vacation rentals, real estate, or travel brands
Required Days/Hours
Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time (1 hour unpaid Lunch Break)
Compensation Target:
$950 per month + monthly KPI bonus / 40 hours per week —
salary negotiable based on experience.
