Why this role matters
As our
Stock Keeper in Brazil
, you play a key role in ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You are responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring spare parts and equipment are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. Your work directly supports business continuity for our customers across the region.
You will independently manage the warehouse and ensure that all logistics processes align with Evernex standards and policies.
✨ How will you make an impact?
Our Stock Keeper ensures that warehouse operations are organized, compliant, and efficient — supporting both internal teams and external partners.
You are responsible for, but not limited to:
Managing warehouse operations in compliance with Evernex policies and vision.
Overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Producing regular reports (IN/OUT status, dead stock, inventory accuracy, etc.).
Coordinating with clients, suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams.
Ensuring proper space management and warehouse organization.
Inspecting tools and equipment and overseeing general maintenance.
Monitoring service quality and responding to operational feedback.
Ensuring warehouse productivity targets are achieved.
This is an individual contributor role — no team management is involved.
What makes you a great fit
We’re looking for someone who combines operational discipline, organization, and accountability.
Ideally you:
Have proven experience in stock keeping or warehouse operations.
Understand warehouse procedures and best practices.
Have hands-on experience with warehouse management systems and databases.
Demonstrate strong organizational and reporting skills.
Are comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of warehouse activities.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams.
Speak Portuguese, English and Spanish fluently.
Certifications in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience are preferred.
