We're looking for an Online Sales Manager for Children's Courses
What You'll Do:
- Lead engaging online demo lessons (50 minutes) for children aged 5–17 and their parents — all warm leads, no cold calls.
- Present Kodland's learning format, help families choose the right course, and convert interest into enrollments.
- Build trust, handle objections, and motivate students to start their learning journey with us.
What We Expect:
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, ideally with experience in sales or educational consulting.
- Advanced level of English — confident speaking with both parents and students.
- Ability to work via Zoom or Google Meet in the afternoon/evening hours (starting from 14:00 US time), including one weekend day of your choice. Approximately 25 hours per week.
- Reliable technical setup: PC (8 GB RAM or more), webcam, headset, and stable internet connection.
