1. Good experience with EDR solutions (Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, Sentinel One, Microsoft) 2. Good experience in large environment for support, deployment, configuration, tuning, and policy management (Workstation, MAC, Servers, Manufacture environments) 3. Experience with interactions with SOC and IR teams examine, control, and resolve endpoint threats, demonstrating EDR capabilities for swift response. 4. Experience in EDR integration with SIEM, SOAR, and threat intelligence platforms to strengthen detection and response workflows. 5. Establish performance metrics, reporting, and executive updates on EDR efficiency, coverage, and threat landscape trends. 6. Good communication and troubleshooting skills 7. Understanding of evolving endpoint security trends (like XDR, behavioral analytics, detection using AI) 8. Create KA, documentation to support and qualification 9. Prepare awareness communications prior to deployment Preferred Certifications: · CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator (CCFA) · Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Associate (PCCSA) · Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) · SentinelOne Certified Administrator
