Must have Strong proficiency in modern WEB stack based on Go. Experience delivering a public API, REST API, Open API specs. Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively across teams. A proactive mindset: able to propose new ideas, contribute to creative problem-solving, and drive innovative features. Proven ability to balance technical expertise with interpersonal skills. Success in this role requires more than coding; it requires strong teamwork, adaptability, and initiative. Upper-Intermediate+ English and the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.

Key responsibilities Owning the end-to-end user experience of the platform, ensuring reliability and performance meet user expectations. Making technical decisions and tradeoffs to reduce operational overhead and improve system stability. Implementing observability solutions to increase visibility into system behavior and user experience. Maintaining and enhancing product capabilities.
