Client Relationship Growth Design Executive

Key responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and execution of visual assets for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and promotional materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales) to produce design solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Maintain and organise design files, ensuring easy access and consistency across projects. Adapt and optimise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand voice and vision. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team. Assist with photo editing, typography, and layout adjustments as needed. Create and edit video content and GIFs for social media, marketing campaigns, and web use.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition. Experience in creating and editing video content and GIFs using video editing tools. Experience with 3D design and modelling software. Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly. Strong organisational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and respond well to constructive feedback. A portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums (please include with your application). Great interest in the finance and trading industry. Additional digital marketing skills are advantageous.
