ABOUT THE ROLE This role manages supplier follow-up after order placement, covering production stages, fabrics, price negotiations, and replenishment orders. It requires close collaboration with suppliers to ensure alignment with SHEIN processes, assess capacity, and support continuous improvements. Strong communication skills and experience working with spreadsheets and data-driven processes are essential.

Responsabilities: Coordinate with designers on new product development, manage monthly first production orders, and ensure sufficient new SKCs for design updates. Manage relationships with assigned garment suppliers, ensure on-time bulk order delivery, and support issue resolution throughout the production process. Support the hunting team in meeting ESG requirements by driving supplier remediation and improving ESG ratings. Analyze production and performance data to help suppliers improve capacity, quality, and delivery timeliness. Establish, optimize, and maintain bulk order operational standards, including system SOPs, and deliver training to order coordinators and suppliers. Continuously improve supply chain processes by identifying optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the apparel industry. Fluent in both Portuguese and English. Strong understanding of garment production processes across all categories, with the ability to resolve production issues. Excellent data analysis skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive improvements in delivery performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
