You will receive direct mentorship and coaching while helping scale a real platform, not a theoretical brand. You will have ownership, autonomy, and real decision-making power. This is not a corporate marketing role. You will help build systems that scale beyond founder output and directly impact revenue.

What You Will Own • Paid ads across YouTube and Meta • Monthly ad budgets from $20k to $50k+ • Organic growth strategy across YouTube and video platforms • YouTube channel growth including ideation, titles, thumbnails, and packaging • Funnel strategy, email systems, and conversion optimization • Marketing systems, automations, and tech coordination • Creative direction for editors, designers, and contractors

Who This Role Is For This role is for someone with real experience. You have run multiple paid ad campaigns across platforms. You have managed $20k to $40k+ per month in ad spend. You understand ROI, tracking, funnels, and systems. You are tech savvy and comfortable with automation tools. You understand organic growth and video strategy and know how to grow a YouTube channel beyond posting content randomly. You are comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and want responsibility, ownership, and upside.
