Our product line includes hydrogen water bottles, supplements, and accessories all designed to help people recover faster, reduce inflammation, and feel their best.
We’re looking for a Performance Video Editor who deeply understands how to cut direct response ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This is NOT a branding video role we’re talking scroll-stopping hooks, retention-driven pacing, and revenue-first editing.
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary from $1,700-$2,400 USD per month + Performance Bonus (Depending on experience and skillset)
Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Flexible Schedule just a few hours overlap with EST is fine)

What We're Looking For
2+ years experience editing direct response video ads for DTC brands
Portfolio of paid ads you've edited (Meta, TikTok, YT Shorts — performance-focused)
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent
Advanced skills in AI video creation for AI avatars and science based animations
Strong understanding of performance editing — you know what makes a video convert
Experience editing AI voiceovers, UGC-style content, AI statics, and testimonial formats
Ability to follow creative briefs and storyboards, but also contribute your own ideas
Comfortable with iterating quickly based on feedback and performance data
Clear communicator and proactive with timelines
Bonus Points:
Experience working with health & wellness or skincare brands
Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Slack, and Notion
Understanding of hooks, angles, and stages of awareness
Editing for long-form VSLs
What you'll be doing:
Edit short-form performance videos (15–90 seconds) optimized for Meta and TikTok
Implement scroll-stopping hooks, fast-paced edits, dynamic subtitles, and retention overlays
Work closely with our Creative Strategist and UGC Project Manager to execute on weekly ad briefs
Repurpose UGC content, testimonials, and influencer clips into winning ad angles
Apply performance data to iterate and improve ad creatives week over week
Deliver assets fast we move quickly and expect tight turnaround when needed
