What We are looking for
As a
Commercial Manager,
you will have a crucial role within the commercial team, focusing on the Brazilian market.
Also, you will act as a liaison enabling smooth communication with the local team, HQ Commercial team, marketing teams, finance, and operations in order to engage all parties in the process, and will track the achievement of commercial targets for Brazil.
What you will work on
Coordinate and facilitate the operations that accommodate day to day commercial needs of the market
Provide updated information, analysis and reports to the management and relevant business units in order to drive and facilitate well-informed commercial and product decisions
Maintain and update the marketing budget and other files for Brazil
Align with various departments on the Brazil market strategy and work with the relevant stakeholders on what we need to achieve it.
Daily Interaction with the Commercial department, HQ teams and local team for any requests, business needs and projects
Supervise/run projects or initiatives that will bring our market strategy and customer experience to life
Perform analysis of commercial budget, costs and performance KPIs, finding opportunities and driving profitability
Ensure that the current internal cross-departmental processes work efficiently. Improve the existing Commercial processes and build up new processes whenever it’s necessary
Liaise with Finance Department regarding alignment of commercial costs and KPIs
Responsible for identifying and raising flags to the Country Manager & Commercial
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing
4+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the online gaming industry
A good understanding of Financial KPIs, key performance, customer metrics, and proven success in driving a P&L.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent English, both oral and written
Good understanding of marketing is an advantage
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent mastery of Excel/Google Spreadsheets, including advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis techniques.
Strong ability to interpret BI reports and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Experience with process-driven operations is an advantage
