Position Summary: The Assembly and After-Sales Support Technician will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining LG Sonic equipment at our clients' sites across various locations in Brazil. In addition to on-site technical duties, the professional will work remotely in an after-sales capacity, providing direct support and maintaining close communication with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. Position duties and responsibilities: Assemble and install LG Sonic equipment at client locations throughout Brazil, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on installed equipment to guarantee optimal performance. Travel to client sites as needed to address technical issues and provide on-site support. Provide remote after-sales support, responding to client inquiries, offering technical guidance, and resolving issues via phone, email, or other communication platforms. Maintain direct and proactive communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address their needs effectively. Document all assembly, maintenance, and support activities, preparing detailed reports for internal records and client follow-ups. Collaborate with the LG Sonic team to identify opportunities for equipment improvements or upgrades based on client feedback and field observations. Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all on-site and remote activities.

Qualification and requirements: Must reside in Brazil and be willing to travel frequently to client sites across the country with flexibility to adapt to varying schedules. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)

for client interactions, technical support, and reporting. Proven experience in equipment assembly, installation, and maintenance, preferably in a technical or industrial setting. Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in the field and remotely, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with remote support tools and basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate safely in diverse working environments. Previous experience in after-sales or customer support roles is a plus.
