Role: Salesforce CRM AnalyticsRequired Experience & Skills- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM). - Strong understanding of CRM data models, KPIs, and customer analytics. - Experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to lead analytics initiatives and mentor team members. - Fluent EnglishRoles and Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical analytics solutions. - Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics tools, best practices, and methodologies. - Identify gaps in existing analytics solutions and propose innovative improvements to drive continuous enhancement. - Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CRM Analytics outputs into broader enterprise processes. - Monitor and optimize analytics performance, data accuracy, and dashboard usability. - Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Analytics capabilities and their application to real-world business challenges.Hybrid modality: Barueri, Sao PauloLTM is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
