Business Performance Analyst

Principal Business Performance Analyst Location Brazil (Remote) Duration: Long Term

Key Roles & Responsibilities Analyze and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across offers, landing pages, and user journeys Use advanced analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement Develop customer segmentation and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness Build and maintain dashboards to track affiliate KPIs and business performance Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Marketing, Product, and Technology teams Partner with affiliate stakeholders to align performance goals with business objectives

Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or similar) 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing analytics, or performance analysis Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis Proven experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau or Google Data Studio Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery Familiarity with affiliate networks such as Rakuten or Income Access Background in subscription-based or e-commerce businesses Experience using JIRA and Confluence
