Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support the growth of our cybersecurity and managed IT services business. In this role, you will engage prospective clients primarily through outbound phone calls and follow-ups to promote cybersecurity webinars, seminars, and IT solutions tailored for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The ISR will play a key role in generating qualified leads, maintaining accurate CRM data, and supporting the sales pipeline while building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to promote webinars, seminars, and cybersecurity solutions. • Follow up on marketing campaigns, direct mail, and inbound inquiries to generate appointments. • Educate potential clients on managed IT security and IT support services. • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate contact and activity tracking. • Target specific industry verticals such as healthcare and financial services. • Collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and leadership to support sales initiatives. • Meet or exceed daily activity metrics, lead generation goals, and sales targets. • Utilize CRM and collaboration tools effectively to manage the sales process. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred. • Prior inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales experience preferred. • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or MSP environments is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or ConnectWise is desirable. • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Success Metrics: • Daily outbound call volume and engagement rates. • Lead conversions and appointment generation. • CRM accuracy and pipeline management. • Achievement of individual and team quotas.
