Lead daily client service and manage projects from start (setup) to finish (client presentation), ensuring all stages meet the required quality standards.
Analyze complex data and transform insights into actionable strategic recommendations for clients, opening sales pipelines for new projects.
Ensure deliverables are aligned with the briefing, both in content and deadlines.
Understand and apply appropriate methodologies to the research problem.
Develop commercial proposals and lead sales negotiations with clients.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal partners to ensure project quality and efficiency.
Create and monitor the annual sales plan, being strategically involved in account management.
Strong analytical skills to connect data with client needs/recommendations.
Ability to build solid client relationships with emphasis on satisfaction and identifying business opportunities.
Teamwork skills and ability to build relationships across different teams/cultures.
Advanced English.
