Founding GTM Systems & Automation Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote (Targeting LATAM, South Africa, SE Europe) Compensation: $25,000 – $45,000 USD + Equity

The Mission: Our client is the fastest-growing AI-grading platform in the EdTech space. After 10x-ing their revenue last year through pure product-market fit, they are now ready to build a world-class revenue engine. They don't need a reporter to tell them how fast they’re growing - they need a Systems Architect to build the pipes that sustain that growth.
The Role: This is a "Founding" operations role. You won't be inheriting a perfect system; you’ll be inheriting a "successful mess" of systems layered on top of each other during a period of hyper-growth. Your job is to audit, connect, and automate the entire GTM stack. You will work directly with the Founders to translate strategy into durable, automated workflows.
What You’ll Do:
- Workflow Engineering: Own the automation brain (n8n). You’ll be responsible for building, monitoring, and hardening complex workflows that replace manual work.
- Stack Orchestration: Deeply integrate HubSpot with Stripe, Apollo, and our internal AI tools to ensure a seamless data flow from lead to renewal.
- Infrastructure Audit: Identify where the "pipes" are leaking. You’ll proactively replace fragile human processes with scalable systems.
- Data Architecture: Maintain a clean data model that allows for high-velocity GTM experiments and usage-based expansion triggers.
Requirements
- Proven Builder: You have a track record of building complex, multi-step automations (n8n, Make, or Zapier). You understand JSON, webhooks, and API logic.
- CRM Power User: Advanced HubSpot architecture experience (custom objects, complex property mapping, lifecycle automation).
- Startup Survivalist: You thrive in the "Founding" phase. You are comfortable with ambiguity and prefer building the solution to asking for permission.
- Global Communication: Fluent English is a must for our distributed team.
