In this role, you will: Worl in partnership with Regional RGM teams from Business and DTS (IT) to enable K-C’s RGM analytical vision of capturing value across the core Revenue Growth Management levers which includes Strategic Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Gross to Net Optimization and Commercial Policy Reporting into IT,, the RGM PO (LAO) will be responsible for day-to-day of the RGM Analytics product development, handling the story telling writing, backlog definitions, align priorities with the business partners and delivery team, define priorities for the scrum team related to her/his product & perform story grooming RGM analytics capability includes descriptive analytics (Playbooks), Predictive analytics (AI/Ml use cases) and unified data foundation to enable Self Service capabilities. Key Interfaces: Regional and Local RGM LAO leaders, LAO Business Partner , Other Product Owners, Functional Engineers, Business Analysts, Data & Analytics team, Platform team, Solution Engineers, Enterprise Architects and Project Managers. External Interfaces: Consultants, 3rd Party providers. Role will not have any direct reports This role follows a hybrid model, requiring two days per week in the office. Responsibilities: Responsible and accountable for the creation, progression & monitoring of Commercial Enterprise Markets backlogs.

Work with the EM business the prioritizing backlog items, and help define success criteria

Final check on functional quality of build before handed over to business for review

Understand business priorities (product and services), business operations, culture, and policies. Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by customers into holistic digital, technology, change management, and organization strategies for analytics adoption.

Partner with Business Analysts to translate non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end solution designs, ensuring the solution aligns with business goals and processes, uses and provides enterprise information consistently, integrates effectively with other applications, supports a common application environment and user interaction model

Work with Global and Regional POs to adhere to design and build standards

Lead stand-up calls and validation with Global delivery and Segment EM business leads

Articulate in business terms the needs of the end customer and resolve issues and opportunities, demonstrating examples, templates, demos, or mock-ups

Functional leader of large projects for one or more business capabilities (Commercial). Leads and delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support for analytical solutions within a specified business capability area and in some cases across capability areas.

Work with UX / UI team and deliver to and develop end-customers / personas

Understand the budget, resourcing, and capacity and develop strategies to maximize output within the constraints

Raises market design nuances and engages with EM regional business leads to resolve escalations, issues, and opportunities

Define testing scripts, planning with Regional Project Managers, testing (SIT), and testing coordination (UAT) together with the testing coordinator

Support change management, training, and communication

Help Business leads make decisions

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Who you are? Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline

At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in an IT services or Consulting firm.

Good understanding and some experience with overall Data and Analytics projects

Mandatory experience in Snowflake and/Or SQL Development, PowerBI reports.

Experience working in Agile teams

Ability to operate in a digital workplace utilizing modern technologies to connect, collaborate, communicate, and co-operate across a global organization and organizational boundaries.

Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.

Possess problem-solving skills, and a track record of having solved data, business, and / or technology problems

Experience working in a Consumer Products company is a plus (either directly or as a client)

Verbal and written conversational knowledge Spanish is a considered a plus

Desirable exposure to Sales
